Mondelez Digital Services (MDS) is the digital arm focused on empowering every aspect of our global organization through excellence in process, technology, and services. This includes investing in growth-enabling solutions as well as systems anchored on right technology and capabilities, powered by better data that serve the needs of our Consumers, Customers, and end-to-end supply chain (procurement to manufacturing, and customer service to logistics).
Key Responsibilities
Lead design workshops to document design, leveraging RefModel-driven best practices for design and for non-standard areas, evaluating contextual designing. Map the requirements to the RefModel and work with the o9 PMM/Product teams to design the new workflows, ensuring the business processes adhere to the o9 functionality
Develop a comprehensive technical blueprint outlining the architecture of the o9 planning solution, including software, hardware, and network components
Work with o9 DevOps and the Technical Architect to establish the tenant landscape and integration design
Proficiency in architecting and deploying data engineering workflows utilizing a benchmark data integration product. Technical data validation with dbt , icedq , databricks or similar tools.
Experience driving daily technical and design direction in o9
Adapt the dynamic needs of the business and ensure o9 is positioned to drive optimal business value
Focus on driving o9 across supply chain elements, including across Supply Control, Supply Management Review ,LP Solver and Integrated Supplier Planning in o9
Work closely with development teams to ensure the solution is implemented according to the defined architecture and meets business requirements.
Own and manage o9 SP product roadmap and prioritization of features to be enabled in MDLZ
Document methodologies and ensure best practices are followed for continuous process improvement
More about this role
Knowledge, Experience and Education
12-15 overall years of experience
More than 4-5 years’ experience with the o9 platform, including configuration, customization, and integration
Technically hands on SQL,MySQL to be able to manage o9 SSIS layer
Deep extertise in SCS solver set up and stabalization
Technically hands on mathematical models, predictive models desirable python&pyspark
Experience in GIT, Kubernetes, Containerization will be plus
Experience code reviews , code packing, code/batch dependency management & library management
Large global team management, including internal and contract resources
Familiar operating in large and complex multi-national organizations to create alignment for her/his strategic priorities across a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.

2. Service Management:
Ensures accomplishment of Support Service Level Objectives and Key Performance Indicators working in partnership with Service Providers and Software Vendors.
Ensures support services readiness for new major releases/rollouts. Supervises adequate Transition to Support.
Manage E2E support processes for all applications under RTR & Planning Towers.
Provide ongoing support to resolve open issues and contribute to design improvements.
High level of customer satisfaction measured through direct feedback from stakeholders.
Effective weekly/monthly call with business partners and stakeholders.
E2E on time communications on high severity issues.
Compliance to globally agreed Mondelez Service Level Agreements - Ensure technical issues are resolved effectively and efficiently including escalation as required as per the defined Mondelez Service Level Agreements.
Provide “root cause analysis”todrive sustainable improvement in operational performance
Change and Release Management process adherence
Own up transformation initiatives identified by the global team for AMEA region in the pursuit of Best-In-Class next-gen support.
Escalation points for incidents and incident resolution facilitator.
Jointly with Partner, establishes, collaborates, and monitors a Continuous Improvement plan to identify and remove the service delivery gaps.
Establishes weekly and monthly service status review meetings with key stakeholders (Business, IS and Service Providers)
Monitors OLA agreements, ensuring seamless end to end delivery of services
Perform out of hours support during critical incidents.
