Client Activation:
• Engaging with customer to get them on Moneyfy Platform.
• Educating customer on Mutual fund returns.
• Understand their financial goals and risk appetite.
• Activating customer Investment in Mutual Fund.
Digital Engagement:
• Utilize digital channels such as video calls, chat, and email to engage with clients.
• Provide advisory services on securities investments.
Client Acquisition:
• Identify and onboard new clients through digital channels.
• Develop strategies to expand the client base.
Portfolio Reviews:
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews and provide recommendations.
• Monitor market trends and communicate relevant insights to clients.
Digital Tools Utilization:
• Leverage digital tools and platforms for client interactions and account management.
• Stay updated on digital advancements in the securities industry.
Cross-Selling:
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell other relevant financial products and services.
• Collaborate with product specialists for client needs.
Client Education:
• Educate clients on digital platforms and self-service options.
• Provide guidance on using digital tools effectively.
Compliance and Risk Management:
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Implement risk mitigation measures in client interactions.
Performance Tracking:
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client engagement and business growth.
Customer Feedback:
• Collect and analyse customer feedback to improve digital services and offerings.
• Address client inquiries and concerns promptly.
Education: Minimum Degree: Graduation /12+3
