EXECUTIVE -OPERATIONS (MGP)
- Handle end?to?end Branches STM operations, ensuring accurate testing and process adherence
- Perform each branch purchase gold weight & purity checking using weighing / XRF machine as per company policies.
- Ensure to capture again correct purchase gold weight & purity in the MGP ERP
- Detect and escalate suspicious transactions or potential fraud activities to ops Manager/head
- Ensure to club STM of branches & generate single invoice as per decided threshold
- Handle vendor coordination for gold transportation/logistics
- All samples must be handed over post purity verification and completion of the transaction, accompanied by Vendor acknowledgement
- Record all post?melting details in the MGP ERP without delay, and prepare the appropriate debit/credit notes as per the system data
- Maintain gold stock, storage, and strong room operations with 100% compliance
- Ensure proper packaging, sealing, and barcoding of clubbed STM gold
- Handle STM MIS, daily STM reports, and system entries on time
