Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

 

• Able to handle all the responsibilities as a Compliance Officer under SEBI Merchant Banking Regulations. Deep understanding of SEBI regulations and compliance requirements pertinent to merchant banking activities. Proficient in conducting thorough SEBI regulatory compliance reviews in line with established standards. Capable of assessing and enhancing compliance processes and mechanisms within merchant banking operations. Knowledgeable in risk assessment methodologies to uphold compliance with regulatory frameworks in the financial sector. Skilled in preparing detailed documentation and reviewing offer documents to ensure alignment with SEBI merchant banking regulations.

Experience

• Compliance Officer and Company Secretary (6+ years)
