Commercial Executive

MNP Momentum is a defence focused technical solutions start up, incorporated in June 2025, led by Mr. Madhukar Parikh, a seasoned professional in defence industry. MNP Momentum is actively supported by senior (Retd) defense personnel pushing up the cumulative experience in this industry to upwards of a century.

The Company is actively engaged in lifecycle oriented services covering machining, refurbishment, sustainment & selected subsystem repairs. MNP Momentum is set to capture opportunities in defence exports and has already developed international collaborations globally.

As a part of its growth agenda, the Company requires Commercial Executive with Tendering experience.

Key Responsibilities

·      Assist in tender participation, which includes registration on portals (eProcure, GEM, iDEX) , uploading bids, formatting documents, checking eligibility

·      Handle all commercial documentation – invoices, quotations, purchase orders, vendor forms, bank documents

·      Prepare and maintain cost sheets, compliance checklists, and technical-commercial submissions

·      Handle vendor payments, TDS details

·      Follow up with customers, vendors, consultants for quotes, payments, or clarifications

·      Assist in GST working, liaising with CA firm, and basic accounting entries (Tally or Zoho)

Skills & Qualifications

We are looking for proactive, experienced team members, who are willing to work independently in a start up environment. Good communication skills are essential.

·      Graduate in Commerce with 3 – 7 years of work experience

·      Prior experience in defence or Government set up preferred

·      Proficiency in MS Office

·      Hands-on with online banking, GST data collation, and admin management

·      Experience in dealing with global clients preferable.
