Tax Recruiter – CA & Financial Services Hiring
Engagement: Contingent Worker | 1-Year Contract
Location: Mumbai / Gurgaon (Hybrid / Office-based)
Role Summary
We are looking for a Recruiter with hands-on experience in CA hiring, particularly CA Freshers and early-career candidates for Tax and Financial Services roles. The recruiter must understand ICAI timelines, fresher availability windows, and market timing to support high-volume, time-sensitive hiring requirements.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Support hiring for CA Freshers and Lateral Tax professionals.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of ICAI exam cycles, result timelines, articleship completion periods, and joining windows.
- Build and manage CA fresher pipelines aligned to market availability.
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, CA networks, referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen profiles based on articleship exposure, firm pedigree, attempts, and Tax fit.
- Coordinate interviews, manage candidate follow-ups, and ensure high joining ratios.
- Maintain accurate ATS updates, hiring trackers, and joining forecasts.
- Support offer rollout and joining coordination during peak hiring seasons.

Qualifications
Desired Experience & Skills
- 1–4 years of recruitment experience with direct exposure to CA hiring (Tax / Audit / Finance / FS).
- Prior experience handling CA Fresher hiring is desired.
- Strong understanding of CA market dynamics and seasonal hiring cycles.
- Familiarity with Tax and Financial Services talent requirements.
- Comfortable working in high-volume, deadline-driven hiring windows.
Preferred Background
- MBA - HR and Experience recruiting for Big 4, consulting firms, professional services, or BFSI organizations.
Knowledge of Direct Tax, International Tax, Transfer Pricing, or FS Tax hiring.
