🎯 Key Responsibilities✔ Source engineering professionals through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed and other job portals

✔ Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical requirements

✔ Coordinate interviews with clients and candidates

✔ Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle

✔ Build and maintain a strong candidate database

✔ Coordinate offer roll-out, documentation and onboarding

✔ Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports

✔ Regular follow-up with candidates and clients

✔ Meet recruitment targets within timelines

💼 Preferred Profile✔

✔ 2–5 years of recruitment experience

✔ Experience in Engineering / EPC / Oil & Gas Recruitment preferred

✔ Good communication and interpersonal skills

✔ Strong knowledge of MS Office and recruitment portals

✔ Self-motivated with excellent coordination skills
