• Assist with project setup by collating planning, contract, and compliance information.
• Maintain project documentation, schedules, trackers, and action logs.
• Support monitoring of project progress, risks, and agreed actions.
• Attend project reviews and complete assigned follow-up actions.
• Escalate risks, issues, or delivery concerns promptly.
• Support project setup and updates in Oracle ERP.
• Update workplans and resource data as instructed.
• Vendor management and project compliance.
• Follow SOPs and maintain accurate, audit-ready project data.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 2 to 3 years of experience in administrative, project support, or coordination roles.
• Experience with Oracle systems is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Clear written and verbal English communication.
• Strong attention to detail and structured working style.
• Basic analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Reliable, proactive, and able to meet deadlines with guidance.
