1. Taking large underwriting position with sell down mandate.     
2. Help in soft underwriting-hard underwiring with sell down of min amount of say Rs. 200 crs and syndicating another Rs. 200 crs trade in the market to generate fee. 
3. Help prepare the bank towards eventual launch of Project Finance in Infrastructure/ Manufacturing/ Real Estate and demonstrate to MCB of our syndication capability.
4. Also engage with market participants to scout for best effort originate to sell mandates for Loans and Bonds with enhancing our fee income earning avenues.
   

1. Set up the full scale debt syndication desk for risk distribution and also deal origination
2. Issuing syndication advisory in consultation with BU
3. Working with BU from Deal origination to execution and market placement of bank underwritten exposures
4. Sell down/syndication along the lines of extant regulatory guidelines and undertaking all reporting requirements including for market placement
5. Undertaking extensive relationship building exercise with potential clients -Pvt Banks/PSU Banks/NBFCs/Funds/MFs
6. Enhancing market intelligence on potential borrowers and their acceptability across lending community for proper placement of expsoures
7. Preparation of Information Memorandum along with detailed financial model for potential lenders
8. Having deep understanding of various sectors Manufacturing and Infra Lending landscape
9. Being responsible for sell down and also originate to sell mandates across WSB clients with clear P&L Responsibility Pan India role.
10. Manage and groom a team of 1-2 junior to mid level professionals
