Head - Product - Micro Finance - Mumbai - Lower Parel - MM
- Responsible for product management for Microfinance business and process compliance and Customer service function
- Developed the product and policy and played key role in setting up the sales, credit and operations team for Microfinance business Loan product
- Designing marketing and product level initiatives. & drive critical project initiatives which would facilitate achievement of business objectives
- Managing product & policy for individual loan product, targeted at both graduated JLG and open-market customers with existing businesses.
- Co-ordinate New Product Design Development and Deployment & enabling streamlining of processes, improving productivity & service levels, reducing costs.
- Identify the product gap, conduct research on the product idea, test the viability of the product, develop the infrastructure required to launch the product, get internal approvals to launch the productand file the product with regulatory authorities
- Propose product pricing, channel payout policies, sales incentive policy while ensuring timely processing of payouts and incentives
- Set segment wise targets with best pricing & Build & scale up portfolio via business correspondence alliances with banks and leading MSME partners.
- Portfolio monitoring, delinquency management, designing and implementation of various products and incentive schemes for Business Correspondence & direct lending
- New Initiatives & Process Re-engineering: Leading projects of strategic importance. Conceptualizing & implementation of New Initiatives.
- Product, process and policy training of credit, sales, collections and operations team
- Identifying and providing inputs for building technology roadmap for microfinance business
- Play a pivotal role in build-up and refinement of risk, credit and collection framework including staffing
- Handle projects related to the digital journey including process reenginnering and customer related digital interventions
Liason with the operations team to ensure timely channel partner payouts and ensure effective channel management through effective onboarding as well as incentives
- Min 10 yrs exp + Experience working in a NBFC, NBFC MFI, SFB or Bank
- At least 5 years in product role.
- Must be familiar about business correspondent model working with top lending institutions.
- Well versed with Microfinance & MSME lending compliance.
