As Healthcare System Partner - Access, you will be responsible for creating the access strategy for

the State Cluster to overcome access barriers in the state’s many ecosystems and deliver superior

outcomes and value for patients in Roche relevant disease areas. As access expert in the team,

lead collaborations with external stakeholders (including government officials, healthcare providers,

public health organizations, NGOs and academia) to co-create solutions for prioritised barriers to

ensure quality patient care. You will be also be responsible for alignment and synergy within the

State Cluster team to shape the Access strategy and contribute to the State Cluster strategy plan.

The Opportunity

• Bringing Access expertise and strategic insight to the State Cluster Team, leading  the development

  of State Cluster Access strategy and supporting the State Cluster Strategy Plan.

• Building strategic partnerships with relevant policy makers, influencers, institutions, NGOs, and

  patient organizations to overcome access barriers and support strategic goals

• Co-creating partnership agreements and strengthen strategic alliance with partners along with other

  functions

• Leveraging access solutions from the Access centre of excellence  to increase funding and

  healthcare capacity for access to innovation

• Sharing best practices with Access Partners in other State Clusters and within the State Cluster

  team, transferring learnings & ideas and supporting the delivery of national projects

Who you are

You should hold a relevant Post-graduate degree required, MBBS / MBA / MHA/ MPH / Masters in

Public policy / Masters degree in Communications or equivalent from premier institutes. You should

have minimum 8 years of experience with 5 years of experience in public health, health 

development sector, market access or strategy roles
