Role: Team leader - Data Analyst

We are looking for a detail‑oriented and analytical person to join our team as a Team leader - Data Analysis and Insights Specialist. In this role, you will work with large datasets, find useful insights, and share recommendations that help improve processes and support better decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Analysis & Insights

Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
Provide actionable insights to solve business problems and improve performance.
Automate reports and create simple, effective dashboards.
Prepare management dashboards and PowerPoint presentations.

2. Team Handling

Lead and manage the MIS team.
Upskill team members regularly to improve their capabilities.

3. Stakeholder Communication

Job Requirements

MBA in finance or CA
