Job Description & Summary: We are looking for a seasoned – Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement SEO strategies that align with Marketing goals and Product roadmaps. · Lead and own the SEO scorecard KPIs that will be used to define end-state success while leading with a Performance Marketing mindset. · Lead concurrent SEO initiatives focused across three pillars, Content, Keywords and Technical SEO. · Conduct keyword research to identify the most relevant and popular keywords for the company's target audience focusing on Non-Branded and Branded keywords. · Optimize existing website content for search engines, including title tags, meta descriptions, and headers. · Enhance content across Lines of Business/Products to maximize opportunities for indexing, ranking, click-through and conversion. · Build SEO reports and dashboards that will be shared across the organization. · Collaborate with 3rd party SEO vendors as it pertains to the Enterprise SEO toolkit. · Work directly with Product partners and Legal to plan & implement SEO strategies that align with internal KPIs and marketing goals. · Assists with audits of site, QA of digital properties to ensure proper construction/ maximized visibility. · Analyze online financial ecosystem, search engine results to identify competitive SEO opportunities within each Product line. · Provide thought leadership as it relates to the growth of SEO Maintain a close partnership and high level of synergy with Product, Technology, Operations, and Legal partners among others to progress overall objectives.
Mandatory skill sets:
· 6+ years of proven SEO experience in optimizing technically complex websites across Financial services, eCommerce companies.
· Understanding of technical SEO skills, including ability to evaluate HTML and JavaScript for SEO purposes and make recommendations. · Experience with SEMRush, Ahrefs, Google Keyword Planner, Google Search Console, and other SEO Tools. · Experience with Adobe Analytics to ensure end-2-end funnel conversion tracking and Jira, Confluence tools to ensure Agile Project management. · Understanding of search engines, spiders, and ranking criteria. · Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills. · Strong, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. · Thrives in a fast-paced team environment that values accountability, continuous learning, and agility. · Comfortable working in a small, lean team that requires active participation and high productivity. · Understanding of Consumer Banking products, passion around emerging technologies and how they will change consumer experiences. ·
