Job Description & Summary: A career within….

Responsibilities:

· Engage with business and technical users to understand reporting and analytical requirements. · Break down high-level user needs into clear, structured, and testable requirements. · Design and maintain logical data models aligned to reporting needs. · Identify key entities, attributes and relationships required for regulatory reporting. · Create detailed source-to-target mapping documents for BAP consumption. · Map data from multiple source systems to target tables and reporting layers. · Perform data validation using SQL. · Reconcile source vs target data to ensure completeness and accuracy. ·

Mandatory skill sets:

· Core BA & Data Skills · Strong experience in logical data modeling. · Hands-on expertise in source-to-target mapping. · Excellent requirement elicitation and documentation skills. · Basic SQL for data analysis and validation. · Understanding of data warehouse and reporting architectures.

Preferred skill sets:

· 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst. · Experience working on analytics platforms, data warehouses, or regulatory reporting solutions.

Years of experience required: 4 – 7 yrs

Education qualification:

Btech/MCA/MBA
