Job Description & Summary:
Our Value Creations in Deals (VCiD) team is looking for Associate at PwC’s Value Creation is a niche team providing strategic, operational and financial advice across the deal continuum in the areas of process improvement, operations due diligence, and organization transformation including actual on-ground level implementation of strategic and operational initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead comprehensive market, industry, and competitor research to gather critical data and insights that inform strategic recommendations.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative information from diverse sources to identify trends, opportunities, and risks for clients.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges, objectives, and requirements; assist in framing complex problems and developing clear, actionable strategies.
- Contribute to the formulation of strategic frameworks, business cases, growth strategies, and transformation plans.
- Manage workstreams within client projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Prepare compelling presentations and reports that effectively communicate insights, recommendations, and implementation roadmaps to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Support and guide junior team members through knowledge sharing, training, and feedback.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance consulting offerings and client value.
Mandatory skill sets:
- Educational Qualification: MBA from Tier 1 institute.
- 4-6 years of experience in strategy consulting, management consulting, or a related field.
- Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience interacting directly with clients.
- Proven project management capabilities and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and presentation software (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint).
- Advanced problem-solving skills and strategic thinking
Preferred skill sets:
- Keen and equal interest in finance and operations
- A worthy team (often cross-functional with a diverse set of colleagues) player, dedicated to contributing towards the outcome desired by the team
