Lead - Recovery Vertical| Mumbai
To act as a compliance officer of the zone in recovery activities, liaison with HO & other verticals, HR related matters of the team members, ability to handle customer complaints
- Achievement of NPA recovery budget allotted to the Recovery Vertical by initiating appropriate recovery steps.
- To act as Authorized Officer under the SARFAESI Act 2002. Ensure end to end completion of process under SARFAESI in a time bound manner in all the eligible NPA accounts.
- Ensure filing of suits for recovery in Civil Courts / DRTs and follow up with panel advocates / recovery officers for speedy decrees / execution of decrees.
- Meeting the NPA borrowers for regularization / closure as the case may be. Follow up of current / fresh slippages for up gradation. Security visits / scouting of buyers for the secured assets.
- Administrative duties as Lead - Recovery Vertical, monitoring / review of the performance of the Recovery Officer/s reporting to him.
