Job Description – Electrical & Electronics Maintenance Manager
Department: Maintenance Qualification: B.E./B.Tech Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Experience: 12–15 years in CNC machine maintenance .

Job Purpose
Lead electrical, electronics and automation maintenance for CNC shop to maximize machine availability, reliability and safety.

Key Responsibilities
•CNC Machine Electrical Troubleshooting
•Manage preventive, predictive, corrective and breakdown maintenance.
•Troubleshoot Siemens 828D/840D CNC controls, PLCs, servo drives, HMIs and VFDs.
•Industrial Sensors, Encoders and Feedback Systems
•Lead RCA, reduce downtime and improve OEE, MTBF and MTTR.
•Maintain substations, LT panels, transformers, compressors, cranes and utilities.
•Manage maintenance team, shifts, training and contractor activities.
•Control critical spare inventory and maintenance budget.
•Coordinate with OEMs for complex troubleshooting and upgrades.
•Ensure LOTO, electrical safety and statutory compliance.
•Support ISO/IMS/customer audits and maintain maintenance records.
