Manager - S&OP Platform Excellence

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Execute the monthly S&OP planning cycle ensuring data, inputs and insights are consolidated on time and in the
platform.

Role will act as the point of coordination between demand, supply, finance and business units – enabling
timely escalations, decisions, maintaining process discipline and contributing to the improvement of planning
process.

Role will entail creating champions across stakeholder teams for smooth execution.

2. Standardization of reviews

3. CFT management

4. Issue / Delay
escalations and recovery

Experience

4-7 years of expereince across field roles/ sales planning/ operations 

 

Industry Preferred

Automotive/ Allied industries 

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Masters in Business Administration, or a related field.
