What would you do? As a Braze Technical Lead, you will be responsible for owning and delivering complex cloud-based solutions using Braze. The candidate will be responsible for owning the architecture and design of complex solution components (good to have) The candidate will own design elements and providing approvals on designs elements submitted by team members. In a Marketing Operations job profile, responsibilities include managing and optimizing marketing processes and systems. Understand the delivery of platform capabilities for clients from architect, solutioning, development, testing.
What are we looking for? End to end implementations with Braze (Email template implementation to Data Segmentation/Canvases knowledge) •Liquid and SQL knowledge is required •Evaluates and streamlines business processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness within the team and with the client
Roles and Responsibilities: • Lead strategy and architecture sessions and communicate design options to clients (good to have) • Manage administration of customer communication campaigns across the cloud, either in each function (email, SMS, Push, Cloud Pages), or leveraging Canvas to deliver multi-touch communications. • Establish best practice application support methodology and processes, including maintenance and support roadmaps, processes and technical documentation • Requirement gathering, analysis, solution and design of new interfaces/integrations within scope • Evaluate new functionalities for the platform that enables new channels or integrations that can be used across brands • Development, Testing, Deployment of new campaigns/integrations and releases • Troubleshoot complex problems, gap analysis and process improvement • Investigate, resolve, test and deploy incidents as assigned • Monitors system performance, and verifies that peripheral integrations are functioning as expected • Monitor key data propagation & integration process • Participates in strategic planning meetings with the client and manages client expectations in terms of support and delivery • Leads, manages, and coaches the Braze Campaign developers’ team with shared focus on growth of existing skillset
