The role includes managing back office system data records meticulously and supporting customer activations and configuration adjustments. This position requires continuous coordination to ensure smooth network operations and timely resolution of any issues that arise, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of telecommunication services.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize network configuration processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in API Testing.
- Strong knowledge of telecommunication network elements and their configuration management.
- Experience in managing lifecycle processes related to network fulfillment and assurance.
- Ability to handle back office system data records with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to network activations and configuration adjustments.
- Familiarity with tools and platforms used for network operations and service management.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in API Testing.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
