- Job Responsibilities:
Will be responsible for Designing, re-designing & monitoring of processes related to Corporate & SME lending processes of the bank. This would involve significant interaction with Operations, Product, Business and Tech teams to understand requirements & challenges, and design the right processes that are scalable, adequately controlled and deliver the expected results for the customers.
Will also be responsible to design and roll out Controls for Corporate and SME lending related processes so that the bank is adequately mitigated from the Operational risk which could eventually result in Financial Loss or reputational loss.
Will need to design & roll out metrics and reports to measure key parameters that reflect effectiveness of processes & controls, derive & implement actionables out of those metrics and reports.
Should be setting-up and build a team that would be able to seamlessly deliver the above responsibilities on an ongoing basis.
- Key Performance deliverables:
- Designing processes that are effective, delivers best in class Customer service & mitigates against operational risk
- Timely & Proactive redesigning of processes to cater to evolving needs to business
- Effectiveness of Controls and monitoring tools for risk mitigation
- Solutioning (quality & timeliness) through Process redesigning for business & ops challenges
- Experience:
- 15 years of experience with atleast 7 to 10 years in handling Corporate & SME Lending
- Demonstrated experience in process & control designing & roll outs
- Should have managed teams and multiple stakeholders
- Skillsets:
- Stakeholder management
- Team management
- Conflict Management
- Influencing skills
- Qualification:
- Post Graduate
- Certification on Process designing, Quality tools, Project Management will help significantly in prioritising candidatures
