- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle WebCenter Portal.
- Strong knowledge of portal architecture, configuration, and customization techniques.
- Experience in managing integrations between portal platforms and external systems.
- Ability to oversee release management processes ensuring minimal disruption and high quality.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and troubleshooting within portal environments.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business needs.

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle WebCenter Portal.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
