Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge bases for future reference.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
- Experience with application programming interfaces and integration techniques.
- Familiarity with low-code platforms and their application in customizing software solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address technical challenges in packaged or SaaS applications.
- Ability to manage software releases and ensure smooth deployment processes.
- Understanding of system compatibility and performance optimization strategies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
