Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role includes managing application features, overseeing release processes, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the system. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to tailor solutions that align with organizational needs while maintaining compatibility and operational efficiency. Collaboration with different teams and continuous monitoring of system health are integral parts of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to enhance user experience and system reliability.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective application solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in UKG Pro.
- Good To Have Skills: Coaching, SAP HCM Payroll, Reporting Analytics.
- Experience in configuring and customizing packaged or cloud-based applications to meet business needs.
- Familiarity with using APIs and low-code platforms to extend application functionality.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues to maintain system stability.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Additional Information:

- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
