As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the investment product offerings and strategies for our AFFLUENT-Investment Counselors department. Your expertise will be instrumental in enhancing our clients' investment journey and driving the department's success. You will collaborate closely with various teams, including investment advisors, marketing, and technology, to create innovative and tailored investment solutions.

• Manage and oversee the entire product lifecycle for investment products, from concept to launch and ongoing maintenance.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor offerings, and client needs, ensuring our products remain competitive and relevant.
• Work closely with investment advisors to understand client requirements and develop products that align with their investment goals.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective product positioning and messaging, ensuring a strong brand presence.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices in product development and management.
• Monitor product performance and client feedback, implementing improvements and enhancements as needed.

• A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is required, with a preference for a master's degree in a relevant discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the financial services or investment industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and launching investment products, with a focus on client-centric design.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data and client feedback to inform product decisions.
