Product Manager - Factoring - Vendor & Buyer Finance - Product - Mumbai - Lower Parel - MM

Key Objective of the Job:

Tata Capital has been a leading player in the Vendor & Supply Chain Financing space through Pre and Post Invoicing Solutions offered to the Vendors & Dealers of established corporates. There is a lot of excitement in this space due to recent regulatory changes enabling Factoring for NBFCs, adoption of TReDS and disruptive fintech solutions and platforms being explored in the market. It is imperative for Tata Capital to be at the forefront of these developments as a competitive and growth strategy and build prominent presence. The role is responsible to Implement the GTM strategy for the Factoring, TReDS, Reverse Factoring, Export Factoring product offerings and drive the Fintech mindset & business through Tie ups to develop & implement new business opportunities.
Major Deliverables: 

    Understand the implications and imperatives from the Regulatory changes for Business growth in India & Globally
    Own the Factoring, Reverse Factoring, TReDS and Trade product offerings and develop solutions for Organization’s growth in B2B business 
    Lead Tata Capital’s foray in this space as a market leader 
    Deal with internal and external stakeholders for BD, Processes, compliance, Tie ups etc 
    Work cross-functionally to ensure end-to-end Product Development Strategy, Execution of Term Sheets, Generation of Strategic Business Models, etc.
    Explore and Build Tie ups with emerging fintechs in the space, existing and prospective partners to identify strategic partnership, product development
    Improvise the UX UI of the platform in terms of Process Optimization & Integration etc.
    Identify the Target Corporates (other than Tata Companies) and approach for comprehensive Early Pay Solutions
    Monitor existing initiatives and suggest improvements continuously
