Summary:
As a Quality Assurance Lead, a typical day involves developing and maintaining comprehensive quality processes that align with global quality assurance initiatives. This role requires conducting thorough reviews to ensure adherence to established standards and collaborating with various teams to uphold quality excellence across projects. The position demands a proactive approach to managing quality frameworks and continuous improvement efforts within a dynamic and international environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify process improvements and implement best practices within the quality assurance domain.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure quality objectives are met.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Quality Management (QM).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP HANA DB Administration.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and process improvement techniques.
- Ability to analyze complex quality data and generate actionable insights.
- Experience in coordinating with global teams and managing quality standards across multiple locations.
- Familiarity with quality audit processes and compliance requirements.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Quality Management (QM).
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
