Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineering Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of quality engineers by coordinating multi-disciplinary planning and integrating various ecosystem components to enhance delivery speed and maintain high standards of quality throughout the application lifecycle. The role requires overseeing the development of comprehensive testing strategies that align with business and functional requirements. Throughout the day, the lead monitors testing progress, manages defect resolution, and ensures that quality processes and methodologies are effectively applied to meet project goals. Collaboration with different teams and stakeholders is a key aspect to ensure seamless integration and continuous improvement in quality assurance practices.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among team members to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the quality engineering processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Veeva CRM.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and testing lifecycle management.
- Experience in developing and implementing end-to-end testing strategies.
- Ability to analyze and interpret key quality metrics to drive decision-making.
- Skilled in defect tracking, resolution processes, and test execution management.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
