What would you do? You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.Record to Report (R2R) is a finance and accounting process that involves collecting, processing, and delivering accurate financial data. This includes recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial statements. T
What are we looking for? General Ledgers Accounting:• Journal Entries: Ability to prepare, post, and analyze journal entries.• Month-End Close Process: Experience in performing monthly close tasks (e.g., fixed asset, prepaids, accruals, intercompany accounts).• Reconciliations: Proficiency in balancing accounts, specifically bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations.
Roles and Responsibilities: Flexible to work in shifts• Sound Knowledge of ERP tools ( SAP is an added advantage ) and Reconciliation tools ( Blackline is an added advantage ).• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.• Customer-oriented mindset with empathy and patience.• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
