JD for Regional Operation Manager - Support Services-Operations -
Grade : M5 / M6
Role : Regional Operation Manager
Sitting Location : Chennai Egmore.
Location to handled : Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh & Telangana.
JOB Role :
Handling branch disbursement activity of Car finance & Loan against property.
Knowledge in Cashiering activity.
Knowledge in banking of EMI.
Handling the branch Internal audit / Statutory audit / Compliance audit.
Coordination with other department heads and Head office
Other Key areas : Giving training to the employees / Implementation the Policy & procedure as instructed by head office.
JOB Requirement :
Qualification : Any Degree with MBA / CFA Preferred.
Work Experience : 10 to 15 years in NBFC / BANK.
In depth knowledge in Car finance operation & Loan Against property.
Good communication skill & Presentation skill.
Good Interpersonal Skill
Ability to work with other people well.
Willing to travel.
