Summary:
As a Responsible AI Tech Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the integration of artificial intelligence technologies with a focus on ethical standards and responsibility. This role requires designing and implementing solutions that ensure AI applications comply with established ethical guidelines and regulatory frameworks. The position demands active leadership in guiding teams, promoting collaboration across various departments, and championing the adoption of responsible AI practices throughout the organization. The role is dynamic, involving strategic planning, coordination, and continuous evaluation of AI initiatives to align with broader organizational values and societal expectations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and deployment of AI solutions that adhere to ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate communication and cooperation between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on responsible AI objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to build awareness and skills related to ethical AI practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Core Infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of cloud computing principles and infrastructure management within the AWS environment.
- Experience in designing scalable and secure cloud architectures to support AI workloads.
- Familiarity with AI governance frameworks and the implementation of compliance measures in cloud-based AI systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize cloud infrastructure performance to meet the demands of AI applications.
- Skilled in collaborating with diverse teams to integrate responsible AI solutions into existing cloud platforms.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in AWS Core Infrastructure.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
