Junior Software Developer

Mahek Marketing India is looking for a highly motivated and technologydriven professional who can leadthe company's digital transformation initiatives by developing internal systems, automating business processes, creating dashboards, implementing AI tools, and improving operational efficiency across all departments. The candidate will work directly with management and play a key role in digitizing Production, Inventory, Sales, Dispatch, CRM, HR, Customer Service, and MIS reporting systems.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Process Automation ● Develop applications using Google AppSheet. ● Design and improve workflows using GitHub , Supabase (SQL), and Vercel automates ● Automate manual processes using Google Forms, Google Sheets, and Apps Script. ● Reduce paperwork and increase operational efficiency. ● Identify bottlenecks and recommend automation solutions. Areas Covered: ● Production ● Inventory Management ● Sales Management ● Dispatch Management ● Customer Relationship Management (CRM) ● Purchase Management ● Human Resource Management ● Customer Service

2. Internal Software Development ● Build and maintain company-specific business applications. ● Develop mobile and web-based solutions. ● Improve existing software systems. ● Coordinate with third-party software vendors when required. ● Conduct testing and deployment of new features.

3. Dashboard & MIS Reporting ● Design and maintain management dashboards. ● Develop reports using Looker Studio. ● Create Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports. ● Monitor data quality and reporting accuracy. ● Generate business insights for management decision-making.

4. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Implementation Use AI tools to improve productivity and business operations.

Responsibilities: ● Generate product images using AI. ● Create product videos and training videos. ● Prepare sales presentations and marketing materials. ● Develop product catalogs and brochures. ● Research and implement new AI tools for business applications. ● Create internal AI knowledge systems. 5. Employee Training & Support ● Train employees on digital tools and applications. ● Prepare SOPs, user manuals, and training documents. ● Provide technical support to employees. ● Troubleshoot software-related issues. 6. Website & Digital Presence ● Update company website content. ● Coordinate website improvements. ● Manage digital assets and media libraries. ● Support SEO and digital marketing initiatives. 7. Strategic Projects Lead and manage projects such as: ● Inventory Management System ● Sales Tracking System ● CRM Development ● Customer Classification System ● Production Monitoring System ● Dispatch Automation System ● Management Dashboard Development ● Mobile Application Development ● AI-Based Knowledge Management System  Required Technical Skills Mandatory ● Google Sheets (Advanced) ● Google AppSheet ● Google Forms ● Microsoft Excel ● Looker Studio ● ChatGPT & AI Tools ● Data Analysis ● Process Automation ● Basic SQL

Educational Qualification Preferred: ● BCA ● MCA ● B.Sc. IT ● B.E. Computer Engineering ● B.Tech Computer Science ● Information Technology Exceptional candidates with strong project portfolios may be considered regardless of qualification.

Experience Preferred ● 1 to 5 years of experience in: ○ AppSheet Development ○ Business Automation ○ MIS Reporting ○ Data Analytics ○ Digital Transformation Freshers Freshers with strong project portfolios and practical skills may also apply.
