As a Sales Executive, you will be a key member of our dynamic sales team, responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and achieving sales targets. You will play a vital role in promoting our personal loan offerings and providing excellent customer service. Your expertise and passion for sales will contribute to the overall success of our Personal Loan-Sales department.- Generate leads and identify potential customers for personal loan products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs.
- Present and explain personal loan offerings, highlighting the benefits and features.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to match customers with the most suitable loan products.
- Prepare and submit accurate loan applications, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Follow up with customers to provide updates on loan applications and address any queries.
- Attend sales meetings and collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings to enhance sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports on sales activities.
- Represent the bank professionally and uphold its values and reputation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport.
- Excellent customer service orientation and a passion for helping others.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and a results-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage a pipeline of prospects.
- Good knowledge of personal loan products and the financial industry.
