Sales Manager-Business Banking-Sales-Sales

As a Sales Manager for Business Banking, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales strategy and achieving business goals. You will lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success. Your expertise in sales and knowledge of the banking sector will be instrumental in developing and executing effective sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing mentorship and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business banking sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate and institutional banking sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to stay updated on competitor activities and market dynamics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of banking solutions to clients.
  • Provide regular sales performance reports and insights to senior management, highlighting areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and maintain high ethical standards in sales practices.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and provide training to the sales team on new banking products and services.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a high-performing sales team.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex banking solutions.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in using data to drive sales strategies and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of banking products, services, and regulations, particularly in the business banking domain.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
