Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

•                       Analyze user stories and suggest / recommend / advise technical solution and approach

•                       Create Technical Design document, Review and Approve tech designs

•                       Lead development activities and report periodically the status, risk and issues

•                       Lead 6 plus technical developers

•                       Perform Code review and Code Optimization on Apex/Aura/LWC.

•                       Problem / Issues analyzing and debugging skills.

MBA/Btech

General Requirements

•                       Minimum 6 years of Sales or Service cloud technical architecture / approach

•                       Perform HandsOn tasks like PoC, Complex functionality development in Sales/Service/Experience Cloud

•                       (Must) Technically skilled well on application customization, configuration, Apex and API’s / integration patterns

•                       Very good Apex/Aura/LWC skills/Flows with good integration experience

•                       Must have either Integration or Data Architect Certification or experience
