Role: Sector Manager

Role Location: Mumbai

Reporting to: Business Director - Healthcare

Key Responsibilities:

- Demand Generation initiatives: Conceptualizing and executing campaigns to create market for Diversey hygiene and cleaning solutions

- Develop end to end understanding of HCP and Patient journey to identify key growth drivers to deliver business objectives

- Create marketing plan with strong value proposition for infection control portfolio

- Drive internal sales campaigns to bring focus and mind share on high profitability products

- Drive data-based decision making by applying analytics to business metrics, forecasting and overall portfolio management

- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product marketing, supply chain, R&D, etc.) to provide solutions meeting end customer needs

Required Experience/Skill Set:

• MBA in Marketing from Tier1/II MBA School
• 5+ years of experience in marketing preferably in Healthcare industry
• High level of attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
• Excellent interpersonal skills and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills
