Salesforce AI Engineer / Salesforce AI Agentforce Developer - Bangalore.

 

Experience Required: 5+ Years We seek a highly skilled professional to design, develop, and scale intelligent agent-based solutions. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Datacloud with Agentforce, Prompt Template,Custom retrievers, Search indexes, vectorization, RAG, Agent Orchestrator, Agent Flows, Apex, Lightning Flows, and AI-driven automation frameworks.

 

Key Responsibilities: -

Design and implement AI-driven agent workflows using Agent Orchestrator and Agent Flows.

Build scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform leveraging Apex, Flows, and integrations.

Translate business requirements into intelligent automation use cases across email, chat, and messaging channels.

Integrate AI capabilities and automation frameworks within Salesforce ecosystems. - Collaborate with architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.

Drive AI governance, testing strategies, UAT readiness, and production stability.

Troubleshoot and optimize the performance, reliability, and scalability of AI agents.

Required Skills:

Strong experience with Salesforce Development and the Salesforce Platform (Service Cloud/Data Cloud).

Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Flows, and Process Automation. - Experience with API integrations and external system connectivity.

Hands-on experience with Agent Orchestrator and Agent Flows.

Data cloud, custom retrievers, familiarity with search index and vectorization - vibe coding - Strong understanding of AI-driven automation and conversational systems. - Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI orchestration frameworks.

Strong hands-on experience with Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce configuration.

Good understanding of REST/SOAP integrations, governor limits, asynchronous Apex, and CI/CD using SFDX/Git.

Experience working with AI tools/frameworks.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Agentforce ecosystem/tools.

Knowledge of Data Cloud and Service Cloud.

Understanding of AI testing frameworks and automation.

Prior involvement in AI pilot initiatives is a plus.
