Senior ISC Improvement Specialist

About you and this role

Supports business growth, service enhancements, and cost to serve productivity gains by identifying and implementing, through project work, supply chain and end-to-end (E2E) improvements to a single business, multiple businesses or an envelope. Interacts with global or other regional teams, when needed. Focuses on E2E design to enable a business in the region and to support the business expansion into new markets, and on re-designing /optimizing existing supply chains networks or other functional structures in the E2E space for the business. Maximizes business value growth, economic profit, cash flow and customer service through improvements in supply chain costs, capital investment, asset utilization, productivity and quality. Requires broadened conceptual and working knowledge and experience in job discipline to perform a range of work assignments. Uses prescribed guidelines or policies in analyzing situations and receives a moderate level of guidance and direction. Provides informal guidance to new team members. Analyzes possible solutions using technical experience, judgment and precedents to solve problems.
In this role, you will require understanding of key business drivers for your discipline and function. You will need to be able to expand conceptual and working knowledge related to your discipline or functional area. You are expected to provide informal guidance to new team members and be able to explain complex information to others. It is your responsibility to use technical experience, established practices, and personal judgement to analyze and resolve straightforward problems. Your performance impacts the quality of your own work and your team’s work and requires that you work within established guidelines and policies.

Responsibilities

  • Design and optimize supply chains using advanced tools and simulation models.
  • Improve material flow, inventory, production, logistics, and customer service.
  • Develop supply chain infrastructures and technologies (distribution networks, packaging systems).
  • Support business growth initiatives through E2E capability design and implementation.
  • Lead cost-to-serve and productivity improvement projects.
  • Establish forecasting, demand planning, inventory management, and S&OP metrics. Collaborate on cross-business projects and provide expertise in supply chain operations technology.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in supply chain or related roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related fields

Your Skills

  • Advanced analytics and BI development.
  • Digitalization and AI applications in supply chain.
  • Technical design and deployment (data architecture, ETL, cloud platforms).
  • System and tool expertise (implementation, testing, UAT).
  • Cross-functional collaboration and solution translation.
  • Leadership in fostering an analytics-driven culture.
