Floor Supervisor

Job Summary:

Oversees the dining area, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth floor operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise floor staff and ensure service efficiency.
  • Coordinate table assignments and monitor seating arrangements.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
  • Maintain cleanliness and ambiance of the restaurant.
  • Train and mentor junior staff.
  • Strong customer service and leadership skills.
