  • Hiring a Senior SAS SFM Implementation Lead with 13–18 years of experience in enterprise financial solution delivery.
  • Lead end-to-end implementation of SAS Financial Management (SFM) across budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting processes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior finance stakeholders, translating strategic business requirements into scalable solutions.
  • Architect and oversee complex data integration frameworks and ETL processes ensuring data integrity, governance, and performance.
  • Drive development of advanced financial reporting, dashboards, and analytics to support executive decision-making.
  • Provide deep expertise in FP&A, financial consolidation, regulatory reporting, and enterprise finance transformation.
  • Ensure best practices in SAS programming (Base, Macro), SQL, and data architecture design.
  • Lead large teams, mentor junior consultants, and manage cross-functional delivery across business and IT.
  • Own solution quality by driving testing strategy, issue resolution, performance optimization, and post-implementation support.
  • Exhibit strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to influence at executive levels.
