As a Product Senior Associate in Card Data & Analytics, you lead innovation through the development of products and features that delight customers and partners.  As a leader on the team, you leverage capabilities to challenge traditional approaches, remove barriers to success, and foster a culture of continuous innovation that helps inspire cross-functional teams create groundbreaking solutions that address customer needs. 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our Credit Card Value Proposition Data Owner team to help deliver Data Products for Rewards, Benefits, and Card Installments.  This role presents the opportunity to work with business analysts, business product leads, data owners, engineering and data scientists to create data products that fuel analytics and innovation.  This role presents the opportunity also be involved with implementations of gen AI solutions that can improve our businesses and ability to serve our customers. 

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Partner with data owners, engineering, data science, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant data product solutions and generative AI solutions.
  • Create roadmaps that align to Product development to ensure timely delivery of associated Data Products.
  • Creates thorough Product Review Documents (PRDs) that describe the business use cases of the data product and is expected to be able to clearly articulate the “so what” of the data product. 
  • E2E thinking and ensuring data products that are created solve for existing and other Card LOB use cases should always be front and center
  • The Data Product Manager is expected to work with the Data Owners to ensure metadata is thoroughly defined and registered per CCB standards and is able to provide the necessary analytics for a variety of business use cases.
  • Drives new GenAI use cases and product created to improve the Card business
  • Translates business requirements into clear technical specifications and user stories for development teams
  • Owns product performance and is accountable for investing in enhancements to achieve business objectives 
  • Lead modernization initiatives, including migration from legacy systems to cloud-native architectures such as AWS and Data Lake.
  • Develops a strong partnership with Stakeholders; communicating product updates, influencing the importance of data to the organization, progress and strategy to stakeholders; including executives and customers.

 

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • 3+ years experience articulating product/feature requirements by writing clear Epics.
  • Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design and data analytics & Technical knowledge of relational databases, data structures, metadata
  • Proven ability to influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition and value management
  • Experience in driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions
  • Structured thinker and effective communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with different data environments such as AWS S3, Snowflake and Data Bricks
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience with them & Technical knowledge of data engineering, data pipelines, data modeling and data architecture

     

  • Strong time management skills, with an ability to multitask and work under pressure and engage with colleagues across regions and time zones.

 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Recognized thought leader within a related field
  • Prior experience in a Credit Card organization would be preferred
  • Experience in AI/ML solutions, particularly agentic AI and technologies is a bonus
