Job Summary:We are hiring Picker/Packer staff for warehouse operations. The candidate will be responsible for picking, packing, scanning, sorting, and handling products accurately and efficiently while maintaining warehouse safety and quality standards.
- Key Responsibilities:Pick products from warehouse racks as per order requirements
- Pack items safely and accurately before dispatch
- Scan and label products using handheld devices/scanners
- Sort and arrange products in designated warehouse locations
- Ensure proper handling of inventory and avoid damages
- Assist in loading and unloading of goods
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the warehouse
- Follow company SOPs and safety guidelines
- Complete assigned targets within timelines
- Coordinate with supervisors and warehouse teams for smooth operations
- Required Skills:Basic reading and understanding skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of scanning and packing processes preferred
