erforming functional- UAT testing for Trade Finance products and validating system enhancements, defects, and process changes. 3. Providing production support. 4. Handling testing and validation for trade finance modules including: I) Letter of Credit (LC) ii) Collection Bills (Import/Export Collections) iii)Outward Remittance Iv) Inward Remittance V) Bank Guarantee Vi) Buyers credit 5. Reviewing test scenarios, preparing test cases, executing testing, and identifying defects. Coordinating with business, operations, and IT teams for issue resolution and successful implementation. 6. Utilizing operational knowledge of trade finance to validate business requirements and ensure compliance with banking practices. 7. Monitoring process quality, ensuring accuracy, and supporting process improvements. Providing guidance and support to team members for operational and testing-related activities.
