Job Description

  •  Prepare Bar chart & Site execution Plan (Manpower, Material & work flow Planning)
  •  Raise the material & manpower requirement for project execution to project engineer
  •  Follow up with HO/Supplier for timely material availability of sites.
  •  Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specifications & quality standards of Zindus.
  •  Daily timely work allocation to the supervisor & LC.
  •  Communicate & update daily work completion report to PE/Director
  •  Keep Project Execution File & all project related documents updated daily
  •  Client communication/ weekly client meeting on project Execution
  •  Timely resolution/ escalation of complaints
  •  Ensure 100% adherence to safety measures & practices of Zindus Infra
  •  Take timely measurement on the completion of stage, prepare RA, Final Invoice & make Payment Follow-up
  • Take project completion letter & Completion from client,
  • Take feedback & testimonials (VDO/Letter)
  • Take references
