Software Development Manager
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a team of software and automation engineers responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and validating automation solutions for Red Hat OpenShift Kubernetes-based environments. This role will focus on cloud-native automation and certification for Oracle 5G Network Functions, F5 Aspen Service Mesh, F5 Service Proxy for Kubernetes, and related web-scale platform components.
The manager will provide both technical leadership and people management, ensuring successful delivery of automation frameworks, deployment pipelines, validation workflows, and platform certification activities. This role requires strong hands-on knowledge of Kubernetes/OpenShift, telecom cloud-native platforms, 5G network functions, service mesh/proxy technologies, CI/CD automation, observability, and security best practices.
The ideal candidate will be able to guide engineering teams, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, manage project execution, mentor engineers, and drive high-quality automation solutions for complex telecom and web-scale environments.
