As a Software Product Management I, you will be a key member of our Digital Banking-Net & Mobile Banking HO Team. Your primary focus will be to manage and enhance our digital banking products, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience for our customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and drive the product roadmap. • Define and prioritize product requirements, working closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitor products to identify trends and opportunities.
• Create and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely and efficient product development and delivery.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to improve the user experience and product design.
• Manage product backlogs and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide training to internal teams and customers.
• Monitor product performance and analytics, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance our digital banking offerings.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of data security.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in software product management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of digital banking products and services, with a focus on net and mobile banking.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Analytical mindset with experience in market research and data-driven decision-making.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and product development lifecycle.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using product management tools and techniques, including JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Passion for technology and a desire to stay updated with industry trends.
