Strategy & Collections Manager – Retail Banking| Mumbai

The Strategy & Collections Manager is responsible for improving recovery performance by using data, dashboards, and business insights.
The role focuses on managing retail collections, working with the BIU team, and building strong strategies to reduce delinquency and NPAs.

Retail Collections Dashboard: Manage daily, weekly, monthly dashboards ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Track DPD buckets, efficiency, roll-back/forward rates and NPA movement.
Define BIU data needs, automate MIS/reports, and leverage inputs for strategy.
Analyze portfolio trends, customer behavior, and high-risk segments; prepare leadership reports and measure campaign impact.
Monitor agency, field and call center performance; set KPIs, review productivity, and support training.
Drive process improvement by enhancing workflows, LOS/LMS/CRM systems, ensuring RBI/internal compliance, and reducing risks and complaints.

Any Graduate Or Post Graduate (Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or related field).
