Strategy Team-HO & SUPPORT-Divisional Head
The Strategy Team-HO & SUPPORT-Divisional Head will play a pivotal role in shaping the bank's future. They will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans, analyzing market trends, and identifying growth opportunities. This position requires a strong leader who can inspire and guide a team of strategists and support staff, ensuring the bank stays ahead of the competition.- Lead and manage the Strategy Team, providing strategic direction and guidance.
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans, aligning with the bank's vision and goals.
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their strategic needs and provide support.
- Foster a culture of innovation and creativity within the team, encouraging out-of-the-box thinking.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of strategic initiatives, making data-driven decisions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Stay updated on industry developments and best practices, ensuring the bank's strategies remain relevant.
- Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management, highlighting progress and challenges.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high ethical standards.
- A bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related field is required, with a preference for advanced degrees.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a strategic leadership role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategic plans.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a collaborative and inclusive approach.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively, with a forward-thinking mindset.
- Proficiency in using strategic planning tools and software.
- A results-driven and proactive work ethic, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of the banking industry.
