In 2018, KMPL successfully kick-started its two-wheeler loan business and has also begun offering Loan Against Property since 2022. KMPL provides Loans Against Property against both commercial and residential real estate, ensuring ready finance for business or personal needs. In the automobile space, KMPL finances new, pre-owned passenger cars and two wheelers for retail consumers as well as provides wholesale financing to automobile dealerships. KMPL' s retail distribution network comprises of 154 branches across 24 states in India that is further supported by a wide network of direct marketing associates and agencies across the country.
Job Summary:
Looking for a talented individual to manage our Social Media presence, handle Digital Campaigns, and oversee Internal Communications. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing strategies, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy and work with the agencies to create engaging content for Instagram & Facebook.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize content and improve engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
- Promote new offers through emailers, WhatsApp, SMS, Push Notifications, RCS, etc.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Proven track record of managing successful social media and digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
