Key Responsibilities:

• Shape Digital Experience for investors of Axis Mutual Fund – as a combination of own enterprise, customer feedback and requests from stakeholders
• Take complete ownership of Digital Product features from initial requirement discussion, to design n development, testing and golive to post live monitoring of parameters associated with said feature
• Responsible for driving Digital adoption of all digital channels, driving innovations on digital platforms to enhance UX, doing competitive analysis, data driven analytics and continuously improving the current digital offerings portfolio
• Key point of contact between Investment Product team, Marketing, RTA Operations, Sales and Vendors
• Manage vendors, alliances and other activities requisite for smooth interaction between Axis MF and vendors
• Drive and monitor KPIs of vendors on performance and effective business opportunities
• Actively involved with business team on exploring and identifying avenues of business backed by strong quantitative evidence
• Project Management -
  • Have superior project management skills to ensure multiple product life cycle (PLC) projects are delivered on time and within Axis MF framework-includes adherence to SEBI & internal compliance, Regression
  • Creation of BRDs / PRDs, discussing and documentation assisting senior product managers / owners towards implementation of ideas and features
  • Understand all aspects of project management - planning & requirement gathering, resource estimation, partner & resource evaluation, development, testing etc.
  • Responsible for driving Digital adoption of all digital channels, driving innovations on digital platforms to enhance UX, doing competitive analysis and continuously improving the current digital offerings portfolio
  • Understand & create Business Case for key projects and innovations along with finance teams
